1. Agreement
By accessing or using Tradebot AI ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
The Service provides automation and connectivity tools only. We do not recommend any asset, strategy, position size, or trade. Content, defaults, examples, and documentation are for informational purposes. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial or legal decisions.
3. Trading risks and leverage
Digital asset and derivatives trading carries a high risk of loss. Futures, perpetual contracts, and leverage can amplify gains and losses. You may lose some or all of your capital, and in some cases losses may exceed amounts you deposited with your exchange. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
Market conditions, liquidity, funding rates, slippage, exchange outages, API limits, and network delays can cause orders to fill at unexpected prices or not at all. Automated strategies can behave differently in live markets than in backtests or paper trading.
4. Past performance
Historical performance, backtests, win rates, or example results do not guarantee future outcomes. Simulated or paper results may not reflect real trading costs, latency, or market impact.
5. Non-custodial; your API keys
The Service is non-custodial. We do not take possession of your cryptocurrency or fiat balances. You connect your own exchange API keys (e.g. Binance Futures). You are solely responsible for key creation, permissions, rotation, storage, and revocation. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, or money transmitter.
6. Your strategies and configuration
You control strategy logic, signals, webhooks, position sizing, symbols, leverage, and risk limits. You are responsible for reviewing every configuration before enabling live execution. Errors in your rules, third-party alerts, or external data feeds can cause unintended trades.
7. Software provided "as is"
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, correct order routing, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
8. Testnet, paper, and live trading
The Service may support testnet, paper, or simulated modes separate from live markets. You must verify which environment is active before placing real orders. Switching to live trading is your responsibility; mistaken live execution due to misconfiguration is at your own risk.
9. Regulatory compliance
Laws and regulations for digital assets and derivatives vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service and your trading activity comply with applicable laws, exchange terms, and tax obligations. We do not provide compliance advice.
10. Account and acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, abuse of exchange APIs, or attempts to circumvent security or rate limits.
11. Subscriptions and fees
Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing page and your selected tier. Fees are separate from exchange trading fees, funding, and network costs. Refund policies, if any, will be stated at checkout or in plan documentation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradebot AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradebot AI from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, risk to the platform, or as required by law. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) remain in effect.
